The requirement is for providing landfill disposal service for Municipal Solid Waste. Performance period is for one year. Service Contract Act applies. Any responsible sources who can provide this service should respond in writing and provide substantive justification of complying with this requirement for evaluation purposes, to include compliances with local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
