Principle Centered Leadership Training to permit learning principles of proactivity and apply them to current personal and professional situations; develop a personal mission statement; learn principles of time and priority management; learn principles and skills of emphatic communication, to include: emphatic listing and sending messages; demonstrate current level of understanding of the win-win habit and learn a process for assessing their understanding of that principle within their own department and other departments; learn the principles and methods involved in creating effective performance agreements; learn to value differences - work more effectively with other people; have a methodology for determining the current alignment of one's organization with corporate and unit mission statements; learn and practice the principle of leader as teacher and receive evaluation feedback on leadership and personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Training will consist of two back-to-back training classes consisting of a total of 50 of the Corpus Christi Army Depot's top management personnel (25 ea/class); each class to be five days in length. This acquisition is being negotiated solely wit Covey Leadership Center since only their senior instructors possess the expertise to conduct the training. All training will be conducted in Corpus Christi, TX. Offerors who can provide the training must respond with a capability statement within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice.
