Privott, 804/441-6560 Provide all necessary supervision, material and labor necessary to perform a parking lot expansion to the National Weather Service Office located at 1901 South State Route 134, Wilmington, Ohio, in accordance with specifications and drawing E-NWS-94-43. The work includes the following: Excavate parking lot expansion area to required elevations. Provide and install 10'' aggregate subbase, 2'' asphaltic concrete base course and 2'' asphaltic concrete surface course. Provide and install concrete walkway and equipment pad. Provide and install parking lot light fixtures. Provide and install wheel stops and striping. Grade all disturbed areas, fertilize and reseed. The Government Estimate for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 60 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of performance is the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, National Weather Service, Cincinnati Weather Forecast Office, 1901 South State Route 134, Wilmington, Ohio. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a offer which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive offeror who can meet the specific requirements contained in the CBD announcement and is most advantageous to the government considering price and other price related factors.
