Correnti, 215/656-6137 The contractor shall provide all management, labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for the renovation of U.S. Marshal's and Corridor space at the Walter E. Hoffman Courthouse, 600 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA. The project includes the construction of security partitions, premium grade paneling, transaction counters, raising of ceilings, wiring for security equipment, micellaneous floor and wall finishes, lighting, and associated mechanical work. This project consists of a base bid which includes Paneled Corridor and U.S. Marshal's space alterations and the following options: Option I-Secondary Corridor Alterations, Option II-U.S. Marshal's Entrance Vestibule, Option III- U.S. Marshal's Lighting Alteration. The Government may exercise any or all options at or within 60 days after the date of construciton award. All noise producing work is to be performed after hours. The Government will occupy the existing building during the entire period of construction. This project shall be completed within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The Project Control Number is RVA-23546. The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is being issued under Full and Open Competition in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Code is 1542.
