This directorate intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) 95- QC041 on or about 11 Sep 95. Responses will be due on 22 Sep 95 thereafter. The proposed procurement listed herein is 100% Small Business set-aside, however, the Government reserves the right to consider this acquisition for the 8(a) Program based on responses to this synopsis. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. Contractors must indicate their size qualifications under SIC 1711, size standard $7.0. Funds are not presently available. If funds do not become available, no obligation will incurred by the Government because of this announcement. The work in general includes, but is not limited to the removal of existing pumps, motors, valves, and piping, installation of three each ten horsepower pumps and motors, installation of suction and DC isolation valves, pumps and control valves, low suction and high discharge safety cut off switches for pumps, replace existing tank level controls, automate the booster station, and start up and put the station on line.
