The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for installation of a reinforced PVC membrane lining system used for swimming pools, and incidental related work at the Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. It is a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is for 120 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within the Greater San Diego Area.
