Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center, NE. Project consists of removing existing asphaltic built-up roofs on bldgs 17 & 18 and replacing them with a single-ply membrane EPDM roof and new tapered insulation system. Bldg #17 has approximately 21,000 SQ.FT. of roof while bldg #18 has approximately 20,300 SQ.FT. of roof. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is being issued subject to the availability of funds. (230)
