The Annapolis Detachment of the Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to acquire through full and open competition, contractual support in the development of a custom built trailer. This custom trailer is to be used as a transportable unit that will contain an electrical power conversion system to support the testing of various Navy shipboard systems. The Navy anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract on or about 15 December 1995. Any interested parties should submit a written request to receive RFP package once eligible for release. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Evaluation for award will include the offeror's ability to fully comply with the specifications, other requirements as specified in Section C of the Statement of Work, ability to meet the stated delivery requirements for the deliverable in the quantities required at the time specified, which follow the specifications indicated in Section F and the Statement of Work.
