70 -- IBM ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT SOL ATD-124-TA-95/1185 POC Contact Tom Antoniel, (205)544-5087 CSC intends to negotiate only with International Business Machine Corporation (IBM) for the conversion and consolidation of approx. 300 existing IBM licensed products currently running on the NASA ADP Consolidation Center's (NACC) mainframes located at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) AL, into an Enterprise Licensing Agreement with optional multi-year software maintenance support services. The agreement will allow for the reduction in the number of licensed products installed at the NACC, allow for increased flexibility to move the licensed products within the defined NACC configuration, and allow for the addition of new licensed products as well as additional NASA sites as they migrate under the NACC responsibility. Interested persons have 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/ capabilities (i.e. technical specifications, brochures, and price list with proposed discounts) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities/and pricing (with proposed discounts) will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
