Husereau, Contracting Officer, 301/713-0829 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement for four (4) Edit Desk Systems, JVC Model #VES-58 or equivalent, and eight (8) 13'' color monitors (two for each system). Each system must consist of the following: One (1) editing controller; One (1) S-VHS Feeder Player; One (1) S-VHS Editing Recorder; Two (2) Y/C Monitors, minimum 13'' screen; and all necessary cabling, wires and power cords to connect and operate the five parts together. The format must be VHS/S-VHS NTSC standard. This requirement shall be procured under the small purchase method. There is no solicitation and no RFQ will be issued.
