Area Code (612) 370-2115 The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection
Service (APHIS), Field Servicing Office intends to enter into a
contract for the implementation of an aerial hunting/predator pilot
training program for APHIS's Animal Damage Control (ADC), in the Delta,
Utah area. The minimum requirements for instructors are 5,000 hours of
actual aerial hunting experience in the geographical area; knowledge
of terrain feature (maintain aerial hunting/flying experiences), and
weather patterns typical in the central Utah area. The contract period
is from October 1, 1995 or date of award, whichever is later, through
September 30, 1996, with a 1-year renewal option (NTE 2-years total).
The proposed contract listed is a 100% small business set-aside. The
solicitation is scheduled to be released on or about September 5, 1995.
