The workshops are to begin the week of 10/10/95. This program is to provide lectures, practical exercise, training materials, and facilitator training for a Functional Support Template and SOW Streamlining Workshop tailored to Aviation and Troop Command needs. The scope of work is to update and adapt materials used for U.S. Army and USAF Roadshows to support a three day workshop on the use of the Functional Support Templates and SOW streamlining. Presenting a pilot course to preview materials and training facilitators for the associated practical exercise is included. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis and all such responses will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitiation will be issued, to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
