SWEETRA, (215)697-9693 The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with Contel Cellular of Virginia Beach, VA. for approximately 18 cellular phones that are used by Key Personnel of the Naval Hospital Portsmouth, VA. The approximate amount of cellular air time during peak hours is 36,720 minutes with approximately 32,400 minutes of off peak time. A firm fixed price service contract is the expected result from this acquisition. The period of performance for this requirement will consist of a base year starting 1 October 95 through 30 September 96 and will include 4 one year option periods. The Sic code for this requirement is 7389.
