The contractor shall perform Architectural Field Reviews of Compliance Inspection Reports prepared by fee inspectors on proposed construction, under construction, and existing construction properties receiving high loan-to-value financing to ensure that construction complies with outstanding HUD guidelines. These reviews will be conducted for the following seven (7) Office: Birmingham, AL; Caribbean; Columbia, SC; Jackson, MS; Jacksonmille, FL; Knoxville, TN; and Tampa, FL. An Indefinite Quantity type contract is comtemplated. The performance period shall be from date of award through September 30, 1996 with 2 1 year opitons. Contractors will be required to pick up work at the Offices and return that work within ten (10) calendar days after pick up. Award will be made by Office; multiple awards are possible.
