The contractor shall perform an indepth Valuation Technical Review of Direct Endorsement case appraisals for compliance with current laws, regulations, and policies. These reviews will be conducted for the following five (5) Offices: Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Coral Gables, FL; Jacksonville, FL; and Orlando, Fl. Contractors will be requred to pick up the work at the Office and return said work to that Office. A fixed-priced Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated. The contract performance period will be from date of award through September 30, 1996 with 2 1 year options. Award will be made by Office; multiple awards are possible.
