Gilliam, Contracting Officer, (212) 668-7402. To provide all aspect of non-personal part-time orthopedic services at the Kaehler Memorial Clinic, of the U. S. Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod, Massachusetts. These services shall be performed on a routine, part time basis, four (4) hours per week for fifty (50) weeks a year. The hours shall be from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM every Thursday exclusive of Federal holidays. Contractor personnel shall possess a diploma from an accredited school of medicine, a current unrestricted license for the practice of medicine in the state of Massachusetts, and malpractice insurance. Contractor shall perform orthopedic examinations, provide diagnoses, and recommend treatment plans. The Contractor shall possess and maintain for the duration of the agreement, admission priviledges including orthopedic specialty services to a general hospital in the local community accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). The period of performance is 01 October 1995 or date of award whichever is later to 30 September 1996 with four one-year options.
