Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for processing and finishing oral prosthesis as required for the U.S. Soldiers' & Airmen's Home. Contract includes pick up and delivery services. Work shall be picked up twice daily (approximately 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. local time) each day Monday through Friday except Government observed Holidays. No transfer of work shall be accomplished by use of the US Mail, UPS, or other type of shipping system. Special Experience Requirements: The Contractor shall have three (3) years of substantial experiene in all phases of items described in the solicitation to include the implant procedure.
