All services will be performed on site at the Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas. Request for Quote packages will be available on or about September 5, 1995, with an anticipated receipt of quotes on or about September 18, 1995. All requests must be in writing and addressed to the individual listed above. The contract performance period is anticipated to begin October 1, 1995, and will continue through September 30, 1996.
