The Office of Naval Research plans to negotiate with Future Focus Inc., Woodinville, WA. The requirement is to identify commercial fiber optic sensor programs and DoD-defined military needs in fiber optic sensor applications. This effort will be negotiated on a sole source basis since Future Focus Inc. is the only known source with the experienced resources in this area that can meet the time restraints.
