It is anticipated that the IFB will be issued o/a 11 Oct 95 and opened o/a 10 Nov 95. Dates are for estimating purposes only and may be revised as indicated in the IFB. The proposed contract is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, but not later than 15 calendar days from the date of this notice, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above, written evidence of capability to perform and a written Certificate of Eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest and evidence is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will then be issued on an unrestricted basis to large and small businesses without further notice.
