W -- LEASE OF APPLICATION GATEWAY SOL 24-5-217 POC Linda Catterton, 301/457-1840 The Bureau of the Census intends to award a sole source contract to ANS, 1875 Campus Commons Drive, Reston, VA for a two year lease of a turnkey service to provide an Application Gateway that will be used to secure authorized access to Census internal networks from external systems and the Internet. The lease will consist of the following: Interlock 3.0 Sun Sparc 20/61 turnkey service and Interlock 3.0 Sun Sparc 20/61 hot spare stand-by. The Bureau of the Census intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302 with ANS for this acquisition. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. Interest parties must submit a capabilities statement including detailed pricing information, that delineates the ability to meet the stated requirement. If no written affirmative response is received within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice, award will be made to ANS.
