The new work includes, but not limited to, installing new windows, exterior finishes, HVAC system, suspended ceiling, exterior metal doors and door hardware, interior doors and hardware, fire sprinkler system plumbing fixtures, entrance canopy and other related items. The proposed contract listed here is a 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
