Services are required for the construction of an Engine Inspection and Repair Shop. Work involves the construction 10,000 SF facility. The project includes industrial work space, office and administrative spaces, associated storage and women's and men's bathroom and locker room. Services will include, but not be limited to: (1) general, structural and site demolition to includes asphalt road and concrete sidewalks; (2) new constructin of walls, doors, windows, roofing system, interior finishes and case work; and (3) all structural, electrical power, lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, communication, security, fire detection/alarm systems and associated site work. There will be a seventy ($70.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package.
