There are three (3) phases with an indeterminate amount of time between each phase. The contractor shall be notified fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of each phase. Phase 1 will occur prior to the retrofit of systems furniture by SSA's furniture contractor and will include demolition of existing outlets and branch circuiting, and installation of a new panelboard and feeder. Phase 2 will occur during the retrofit of systems furniture and include installation of new branch circuiting and outlets, and installation of new raceways and data cabling. Phase 3 will occur after SSA's ADP contractor has the TAP-FOSE equipment operational and will include removal of the original data cabling. Estimated cost range $25,000 to $100,000. Government bid acceptance time will be sixty (90) days. Anticipated solicitation issue date is September 22, 1995.
