Box 689, Brigham City, UT 84302-0689 in order to procure a sample of Thiokol peculiar AGM-88 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) rocket motor propellant. Thiokol is the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the Thiokol unique HARM rocket motor propellant to meet this requirement. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40144-95.
