The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate with Allied Signal, Inc., Ocean Systems Division, 15825 Roxford Street, Sylmar, Ca 91342-3597. Allied Signal, Ocean Systems, is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the AN/AQS-13F, and is the only known firm possessing the knowledge, experience and tehnical expertise necessary to fulfill the Navy's requirements.
