The Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station has a requirement to procure federal information processing (FIP) support resources which will include but are not limited to: Business process re-engineering, and functional process improvement (FPI) support; requirements definition: Design, Development, and Deployment of new automated information systems (AISes); maintenance of existing AISes; customization and installation of government-owned and/or commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) software; preparation of AIS AND LCM documentation; evaluation, procurement, installation, and testing of commercially available hardware and software; preparation and presentation of user training and training manuals, system administration, database administration, software configuration management; and hardware and software integration. The contract will be for a base year and four one-year options. FAR CLAUSE 52.217-8 is being included to allow up to six additional months coverage if needed.
