Contractor shall provide a report that will be submitted to the Department of Labor. Georgraphical areas: Tidewater, VA area with the option to include Jacksonville, FL area; San Diego, CA area; Bremerton/Everett, WA area; and Pearl Harbor, HI area. Anticipate FFP purchase order. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acqusition Procedures. Written or facsimile requests for Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
