HUD intends to award one contract for each area to perform management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or are in the custody of HUD in the following geographic areas: AREA 1: Gary areas which consists of Gary (North of 35th Avenue), the remaining portion of Lake County, all of Porter, Jasper and Newton Counties in the State of Indiana. AREA 2: also known as the Jeffersonville/New Albany Area which consists of Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Washington, Scott, Jefferson, Switzerland, Ohio, Dearborn, Ripley, Jennings, Jackson, Lawrence, Greene, and Sullivan counties in the State of Indiana. Day to day services are required in the form of inspections, debris removal, lawn maintenance, winterization, etc. The term of the contract is for a base year period of 12 months with two single year option periods to be exercised by the Government. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6531. The size standard is $1,500,000. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside.
