R -- DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRAMMING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER POC Contact Contract Specialist, Marilyn Silverman, 202/326-4160 X- 3322/ Contracting Officer, Robert W. Herting, 202/326-4160 Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to extend the period of performance for an additional twelve months under a contract for labor hour services. The PBGC seeks to increase the total hours available under a contract to acquire professional services for Project Management, Development and Programming of a Customer Service Center and Support Systems. Prior knowledge of PBGC's Participant Operations and Customer Service Environment are required to fully support the design and development of the Customer Service application. This is a continuation of work already being undertaken by an existing provider. The provider has the capabilities and knowledge gained from experience with the existing Customer Service Application. It is PBGC's belief that in view of the provider's familiartiy with PBGC's Participant Service designed requirements, the provider is uniquely qualified to perform the duties of the contract without an undue amount of assistance from the PBGC.
