The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials to renovate the Mesa Arizona Main Office to a Postal Store. The affected area is approximately 6,500 square feet on a site of approximately 2.5 acres. The renovation includes, but is not limited to, paving, landscaping, exterior and interior remodeling, mechanical and electrical remodeling, and other fixtures normally associated with Postal facilities. Project will consist of phased construction to permit continuous owner occupancy and operations. Construction cost is estimated in the range between $425,000 and $525,000. Completion is 180 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. Since this is a leased facility, a permit and associated fees must be obtained from the City of Mesa.
