A lease under F33657-95-L-2014 is contemplated for award to Martin Marietta Technologies, Inc., by USAF/AFMC Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC). The lease is a sole source follow on contractual action that replaces the current facilities contract. AFP PJKS is a Government Owned - Contractor Operated (GOCO) Plant. The lease provides for the operation and maintenance of AFP PJKS by Martin Marietta Technologies, Inc. As a result, projects for operation and maintenance, rehabilitation, energy conservation, and environmental compliance projects will be required.
