58 -- PROVIDE FOR REPAIR/MATERIAL OF COMPONENTS FOR THE AN/SKR-4/A/B AND AN/UKM-3 SOL N00024-96-G-6324 POC L. Senior, Contract Administrator, SEA0263L, (703)602-0951. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-96-G-6324 with General Atronics, 1200 East Mermaid Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19118. Orders will be issued for field and technical engineering services in support of AN/SKR-4/A/B AND AN/UKM-3 for data, problem solving, and installation and checkout of equipment. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). General Atronics is the only known company with the knowledge and experience to provide the required supplies and services. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
