This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 4, known quantity of 18, and a maximum quantity of 20. This requirement also includes options for an additional four program years with a range of 1-3 for each out year. Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 220 days after contract award.
