Service - Contractor shall successfully complete and provide the Federal Facilities Division with a Title V Operating Permit for the Pentagon Reservation located in the National Capital Interstate Air Quality Control Region, a non-attainment area for Ozone and Carbon Monoxide and an attainment area for Nitrogen Oxide and Volatile Organic Compounds. The Pentagon Reservation includes: The Pentagon, Pentagon Utility Plant, Incinerator Plant, and Federal Office Building #2. Qualifications and Past Experience will be in the area of: Professional and Company Licenses, three previous jobs and references of similar work and size, and a minimum of three years experience conducting Air Emissons work.
