Sexton 205-544-2689 CSC intends to place a delivery order against Xerox Corporation Nonmandatory GSA authorized ADP Schedule Contract, GSOOK94AGS5816 for renewal of full Hardware/Software maintenance on 2 Xerox Government-Owned 4050 Laser Printing Systems with coverage for 24 hours per day for seven days per week and one 8 hours per day 5 days per week. Full Hardware/Software maintenance on 3 Xerox 3700-10 Laser Printers with coverage for 8 hours per day 5 days per week. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specifications, brochures, and price list) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this synopsis. A determination by CSC not to compete this procurement on a full and open competition basis, is solely within the discretion of CSC.
