The term for the software maintenance is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specifications, brochures and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis.
