Manufacturer; Siemens, Model: 118644 V 2198, Serial: 601688-506. The contractor shall provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary for the repair/service of Seimens Computerized Axial Ct Scanner located in Radiology Dept. at Naval Medical Center San Diego, Ca. to ensure dependable and reliable operation of the equipment. The scope of work performed under these specifications includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials and parts to perform all repairs on equipment listed, to assure continued operation at their designed efficiency and capacity. The contractor will send a loaner unit within 48 hours of receiving call, paying postage on loaner. Repair of government owned equipment will be accomplished at factory. Units will be returned to Naval Medical Center, San Diego, Ca., repaired if possible with contractor paying for postage. Services will be required based upon the following schedules; Two (2) Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of seven (7) days per week, 24 hours coverage. Delivery by 01 October 95.
