Cannata Contracting Officer at (203) 440-6516 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center anticipates establishing a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Kollmorgen Corporation, Northampton, MA for the repair/overhaul/restoration of Type 2, 14, 15, 18, 22 and Improved Non-Penetrating Periscope (INPP), Photonics Mast, NESSIE and NESSIE GEN II Submarine Periscope Systems. This BOA is also intended for repair/overhaul/restoration of all periscope reusable unit shipping containers and special support and test equipment. Repair efforts under the BOA shall be for the purpose of returning the Periscope Set to Ready to Issue condition. On-site/Off-site services may be required to evaluate the extent of the repair required and to perform minor repairs in the field. Overhaul efforts shall be for the purpose of restoring operation and performance characteristics of the Sets to the original specifications or upgraded configurations in accordance with NAVSEA Product Baselines. The period of performance for the BOA shall be two years from the date the BOA is established. See Note 22 (0236)
