CALI COLLETTE (703) 806-4474 (Site Code DAHC35) The US Army Directorate of Contracting, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis, a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract with the Officer's Club, Bldg. 20, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 to provide dinner meals for approximately 200 AMSC Students, between the hours of 5 pm thru 7 pm or 6 pm thru 8 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The performance period will be from January 1996 thru December 1996 with a One Year Option. Each meal shall include a choice of entrees (3), potatoes or rice, salad bar, vegetables, bread, fruits, dessert, and beverages. Meals shall be nutritious and prepared using low fat, low calorie ingredients. Special meals shall be prepared based on individual medical requirements (i.e. food allergies, diabetics). Adequate space should exist so that the 200 students can sit and dine in the same area. Because shuttle bus service is not available off post, the Contractor would be required to arrange transportation for 200 students, between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm (or 6 pm and 8 pm) feed them a nutritious meal, and return them to Ft Belvoir within one (1) hour to allow sufficient time for study or participation in an exercise program (training).
