Agency (ACDA) is seeking potential sources to provide consultancy
services (construction site supervision). The U.S. Government has been
notified that the Provision Technical Secretariat (PTS), predecessor
to the Technical Secretariat of the Organization for the Prohibition of
Chemical Weapons (OPCW), is seeking potential consultancy services
(site supervision) for the construction of the OPCW new purpose-built
office building The Hague, The Netherlands. The following criteria are
considered essential; (1) to be available at short notice to attend
meetings; (2) a multi-disciplinary organization; (3) familiarity with
Dutch building regulations, standards, and codes; (4) staff must have
an excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English; (5) proven experience
with comparable project preferably in an international
setting/environment. Consultants who are interested in tendering should
