The work includes correcting exterior storm water drainage deficiencies, fire protection, plumbing and electrical service, adding fire detection and alarm system, refinishing laboratory casework, limited asbestos and lead paint remediation and incidental related work. An additive bid item also includes providing a total window replacement of the windows currently in the facility including removal and reinstallation of window A/C units and providing and installing new A/C unit brackets.
