The 436th Airlift Wing requires the purchase of five (5) TNL 2100SM GPS receivers (P/N 80265-31;S/W v.1.1) from Trimble Navigation. Each unit shall contain (1) ''Gondola'' AOC (P/N 20248) and one (1) PPS-SM (P/N STEL 9300E/C). These receivers and their associated AOCPPS-SM security devices are for the exclusive use on the C-5 Aircraft. Installation will be included at Dover Air Force Base, DE. Using the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), Dover Air Force Base intends to negotiate a contract with Trimble Avionics Products, Austin, TX unless responses to this notice reveal other sources capable of satisfying the requirment at more favorable prices/terms. Interested vendors must submit clear and convincing documentation including prices that clearly demonstrate the capability of their product/company to meet the Government's requirement.
