Sinnott, Telephone (415)604-6927, e-mail address to Sharon_Sinnott@qmgate.arc.nasa.gov Pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as imple mented by FAR 6.302-1(a), NASA-Ames Research Center contemplates a noncompetitive procurement to Holcomb Environmental Services to gather data and prepare a report on NASA spacecraft air processing systems that may have a bearing on commercial aircraft quality. Offerers for this procurement must have a detailed knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental air quality standards for commercial buildings, current aircraft and the major transporation systems. The identification of pertinent NASA spacecraft data and systems will require one- to-one interaction with NASA specialists at different NASA Centers. All of these data collected must be analyzed and compared with general commercial aviation standards for the purpose of developing standards for commercial aircraft. This analysis must take into consideration the shorter duration of commercial flights, the presence of gravity and the general health of commercial travelers. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
