All work will be in conformance with the following Federal Regulations: National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), 1969, Public Law 99-606 Withdrawals of Public Lands for Military Purposes, National Historic Preservation Act, 1966 as amended, and the Fort Bliss Range Master Plan. Work to begin after receipt of purchase order. Intended to be awarded as sole source to Human Systems Research due to non-profit firm specializing in archeological investigations in southern New Mexico and they are familiar with requirements of New Mexico State Historical Preservations Office. This vendor also has direct applicable experience at McGregor Range and White Sands Missile Range. Anticipated RFQ will be issued on 12 September 95. Projected award date is 26 September 95.
