notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6.

pages of the notified document: Proposed Amendment to the Energy
Efficiency Regulations (pages 2269-2283). 6. Description of content:
The Amendment to the Energy Efficiency Regulations (the Regulations)
will add fluorescent and incandescent reflector lamps to the prescribed
products for which Regulations came into effect on 3 February 1995.
This Amendment will phase out less energy-efficient lamps from the
Canadian market by establishing energy efficiency standards for
equipment imported into Canada or traded interprovincially. 7.
