G -- 6 - SOCIAL SERVICES; YOUTH HOTLINE CRISIS INTERVENTION COUNSELLING SERVICES SOL DAKF48-95-Q-0655 DUE 091595 POC Contract Specialist Neta Woodward (817) 287-5115 (Site Code DAKF48) The Department of the Army at Fort Hood, Texas, intends to issue a contract/purchase order to the National-I-Care-Hotline of Garden Ridge, Texas for: Youth Hotline/Crisis Intervention Counselling Services. As a minimum, National-I-Care-Hotline will provide 24-hour, 365-day-a-year on- line counseling services. The Contractor will manage and operate the hotline for the benefit of ''at risk'' students in the Killeen/Copperas Cove, Texas Independent School Districts, providing a work force sufficiently trained in interpersonal skills, verbal communication and crisis intervention. This requirement encompasses conduct and facilitation of 4 training workshops and 28 rallies during the period of performance. See Note 22.(0237)
