The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has a requirement for the search, retrieval and duplication of FCC documents, and the distribution and sale to the public of copies of those documents maintained by the FCC. The successful Contractor shall provide complex search/retrieval oriented searches, including use of the FCC's electronic imaging system. The FCC shall provide space and standard outlets for copier equipment such as photocopiers, microfice duplicator(s), and/or microfiche reader/printers. Facilities shall be operated from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. In addition to locations in Washington, D.C., the Contractor shall provide services to the Gettysburg, PA and Columbia, MD facilities. The successful Contractor may use coin-operated and/or metered (debit card equipped) machines. Offerors must be submitted on an all or nothing basis.
