INTERIM FACNET CERTIFICATION. The Consumer Product Safety Commission's Administrative Division of Procurement Services (ADPS), certified its Interim FACNET capabilities to the CPSC Senior Procurement Executive on August 8, 1995. Subsequently, CPSC's Senior Procurement Executive certified Interim FACNET to the Administrator, Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) on August 14, 1995. In accordance with OFPP's memo dated 7-19-95 addressing agency certification of Interim Federal Acquisition Computer Network Compliance, agencies must specify a date after which all responses to solicitations issued through FACNET must be submitted through FACNET unless otherwise authorized.
