It is the intention of this Request for Proposal to obtain housing maintencance and repair services for various Military Family Housing Units, located in the Central San Diego, California by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services required include change of occupancy maintenance/cutodial services, grounds maintenance, refuse collection/disposal, pest control/fumigation and various minor construction repairs to structures. Offerors are required to provide the necessary management to schedule and monitor services ranging from routine change of occupancy maintenance to after hours' emergency trouble calls.
